A Science Café Talk will be held focusing on the article authored by our faculty members Assoc. Prof. Dr. Volkan Göçoğlu, Res. Asst. Durukan Ayan, and Res. Asst. Dr. Atahan Demirkol, published in the journal Sustainable Development, titled “Climate Change Adaptation Strategies in Vulnerable Countries Through the SDG 13: A Cross-Sectoral Analysis.”
The event, titled “One Planet, Shared Future: The Struggle for Climate Adaptation,” will take place on November 13, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. at M. Rıza Çerçel Culture and Arts Center, moderated by Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Şuayıp Özdemir.
During the session, the speakers will discuss the adaptation strategies of vulnerable country groups (LDCs, DCs, and SIDS) within the framework of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), addressing policy approaches to strengthen resilience in key sectors such as agriculture, food, and water resources.
